Delete your Kodeo Notes account

You can permanently delete your Notes Anywhere account and its associated server data.

Delete your account

The easiest way to delete your account is from Kodeo Notes:

1. Go to notes.kodeo.io and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Account, select Delete account.
4. Follow the confirmation steps.

You can also request account deletion by emailing support@kodeo.io from the email address associated with your account.

What will be deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your Notes Anywhere account
• Your email address and account information
• Your encrypted notes and folders stored on our servers
• Your active sign-in sessions
• Other account data that is not legally required to be retained

After deletion is completed and any residual backups have expired, your encrypted note content and folder names cannot be recovered.

What may not be deleted immediately

Some information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups for up to 30 days.

We may retain limited purchase or transaction records where required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

Copies stored locally on other devices may remain until those devices reconnect, sign out, or their local app data is removed.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Kodeo Notes account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google.

You must cancel the subscription separately through the App Store or Google Play.
